5. Standard registration and debugging
5.1 capacitance
Capacitors, the most common components in PCBA after furnaces,pick place machine
do not have polarity. The component standard of capacitors includes 1 body frame,
2 low tin frames, 2 blank solder frames, 2 missing parts frames, and 1 wrong part frame.

In the figure above, the red box is the body frame, the yellow box is the wrong part frame,
the blue box is the less tin frame (empty soldering frame and missing part frame),
and the position of the less tin frame is basically the same as the empty soldering frame and missing part frame.

5.2. resistance
Resistance, which is a more common component in PCBA after the furnace, does not have polarity.
The resistor registration standard includes 1 body frame, 2 less tin frames, 2 empty solder frames,
and 1 wrong part (missing parts) frame. The schematic diagram of its component registration is as follows:

Less tin frame The role of the solder frame is to detect the creeping condition of the solder joint. Its registration and debugging are shown in the "< Basic detection items for wave soldering>< Less tin>less tin" algorithm using the "COLOR" algorithm.
Empty weld frame The purpose of the empty welding frame is to detect whether the solder joint has been empty welded. Its registration and debugging are shown in < Basic detection items for wave soldering>the "< Empty welding>Air Welding" algorithm using the "COLOR" algorithm.
Wrong part box The function of the wrong part frame is to detect whether the solder joint is the wrong part, side standing, standing monument, and white. Its registration and debugging are described in the "Error" algorithm < Basic detection items for wave soldering>< Wrong piece>using the "COLOR" algorithm.
Missing parts box The purpose of the missing part frame is to detect whether the component is missing parts. Its registration and debugging are described in the "< Basic detection items for wave soldering>< Missing pieces >Missing Parts" algorithm using the "Histogram" algorithm.
