1.1 Definition
The Magazine Loader is a standard front-end automation equipment for SMT production lines, positioned upstream of the solder paste printer. It is specially designed to automatically pick bare PCBs from standard ESD magazine racks and feed them to the line conveyor. It supports standard SMEMA communication to achieve seamless signal docking and synchronous production with downstream SMT equipment, realizing unmanned continuous PCB feeding operation.
1.2 Core Working Principle
1. Operators place fully loaded ESD PCB magazines into the machine’s material station and fix the position;
2. The stepper motor-driven lifting platform operates precisely layer by layer, and high-precision position sensors detect the presence of PCBs in real time;
3. The electric or pneumatic pusher stably pushes a single PCB out of the magazine slot onto the anti-static conveyor;
4. The system sends a "board ready" SMEMA handshake signal to downstream printing and mounting equipment;
5. After the PCB is completely transported out, the lifting platform automatically indexes upward by a standard slot pitch, and the feeding cycle runs repeatedly;

7. Key Operation & Safety Notes
